Jasper Architects was invited to the competition to reinterpret an office and retail building in central Prague. The intervention seeks to add an element to the existing building that, within the context of Prague and its iconic elements, enhances the building's historical values and architectural qualities. The intervention "crowns" the existing structure, generating a polished presence in the urban vicinity to distinguish the building in the neighborhood, without alienating it from the existing historical surrounding. The accentuation of the corner underlines the gesture.

The office floors are cleaned out and reorganized. No structural intervention is necessary, the existing structural elements are kept and different unit layouts are possible.
