STAK, located in San Miguel de Tucumán, is a cutting-edge, multifunctional architectural project. It features a commercial podium at street level and two distinctive residential towers. The design’s uniqueness lies in strategically stacked volumes, creating dynamic visual effects and enriching user experience. Named after its stacked elements, “STAK” symbolizes stability and modernity. Inspired by local flora, the towers and amenities echo the form of the abundant cardon plant, providing a unique and contextually sensitive identity to the project.
