Palmanova Center, a mixed-use urban ecosystem of over 200,000 m² (2.26 million ft²), is designed to become a contemporary epicenter for Asunción, Paraguay. The project features four towers strategically placed atop a five-story public plinth, uniquely intercepted by a valley that is entirely open to the public.
Designed as prototype for future urban life, Palmamova Center fuses residential, office, and retail functions. The sculptural high-rise towers offer both living and workspaces, carefully positioned to optimize interior quality and provide spectacular views of the city. Cocooned between them is the pedestrian urban valley of terraces, vegetation, bridges, and a linear park. The design integrates a lush, green landscaping concept, creating a welcoming environment that enhances the pedestrian experience and fosters interaction. This hybrid landscape—part mall, part promenade—connects shops, cafés, a supermarket, and wellness areas, blurring the line between public and private space.
Palmanova Center is a new architectural icon for Asunción, meeting the needs of this growing capital city while prioritizing community engagement and sustainability.
