Palmanova Pacheco is an innovative apartment complex coming to Asunción, set to redefine urban living through its thoughtful design, environmental inclusion and built-in active lifestyle opportunities.

Aimed to enhance community interaction and well-being, the building is structured as a series of stacked, shifting blocks. The resulting terraces each cater to unique functions and amenities. A pool and social space plus barbecue rooftop, co-working terrace, children’s terrace and sports terrace — which features a 360 degree running path — are also lushly planted, becoming vertical gardens. This commitment to biophilic design brings the greenery adorning Asunción into the building. The result is a new standard for mixed-use residential architecture in the city.
