JASPER ARCHITECTS RECEIVES THE LADI AWARD 2026

Palmanova Center has been awarded the LADI Award 2026 for Best Mixed-Use Project in Latin America and the Caribbean. The award, presented at the ELDI 2026 Gala in Panama City on May 21st, recognises the project for its approach to sustainable urban development and the integration of public life into large-scale mixed-use architecture.

The LADI Awards honour real estate and architectural projects across Latin America that demonstrate design excellence, innovation, and meaningful urban impact. The jury's assessment places particular weight on projects that reimagine the relationship between a building and its city, recognising Palmanova Center's dialogue with Asunción through its public spaces.

Our project is located in Asunción, Paraguay. The 200,000 m² development comprises two residential and two office towers above a five-storey public plinth, anchored by a pedestrian valley of terraces, bridges, and a linear park open to the city.

We are grateful to the ELDI and LADI jury, and to the teams at JASPER ARCHITECTS and Grupo Palanova whose work made this possible.
